The only hybrid X-ray microscope in its class, ZEISS VersaXRM 5 Insight helps researchers and engineers examine samples faster. Multi-scale imaging, guided workflows, and automated AI-enabled reconstruction support efficient, non-destructive 3D imaging while reducing the tradeoffs between productivity, resolution, and usability.

VersaXRM 5 Insight combines the flexibility, throughput, and efficiency of microCT with the detail of lab-based X-ray microscopy in a single hybrid system. This allows users to move seamlessly from imaging large-scale structures to targeting fine internal features, all within a streamlined, uninterrupted workflow.
High-resolution imaging across sample sizes
Resolution at a Distance™ (RaaD™) enables high-resolution imaging of small features and internal defects within larger samples. Users can spend less time modifying samples and more time analyzing them, while helping preserve sample integrity.
